Refund policy
Mistakes happen and we make it right.
If your order is received incorrectly or with damage please contact us at support@shopsanriostore.com within 14 days of the date you received your order and we can assist you. Anything past the 14 days is considered null and void.
Orders can be canceled by emailing us at support@shopsanriostore.com up until they are sent to the shipping company to be processed. Once your order is sent out we cannot cancel the order. You will have to wait for the item to be delivered to request a return.
Shipping Charges & Cancellations
Each order includes a shipping charge that helps cover the cost of preparing and handling your item. This charge is non-refundable, even if you cancel your order before it ships. While we’re often able to cancel unshipped orders, the shipping fee covers services already set in motion at the time of purchase (such as payment processing, order allocation, and packing prep).
